One of the most valuable leadership lessons I've learned is

Not every opinion needs a response.
Not every disagreement needs a defense.
Not every conversation needs to become a debate.
As leaders, coaches, mentors, and professionals, we often
spend too much energy trying to convince people who are not ready to listen.
Real growth rarely comes from winning arguments.
It comes from curiosity, openness, and experience.
Energy is a limited resource.
Invest it where there is willingness to learn, willingness
to explore, and willingness to grow.
Sometimes the wisest thing you can do is simple:
Save your energy.
